Rows 66-70: The worksheet calculates the per share data in Exhibit 6.11. Per share data is useful because that is what we are buying and selling: shares. Per share data—when extended to the entire Free Cash Flow chain as we have done here—helps us to better appreciate the relative importance of the different components of Free Cash Flow.

INCREMENTAL DATA AND COMPANY’S REINVESTMENT RETURN

Row 73: The Incremental Data section in Exhibit 6.12 focuses on how Revenue growth increases Operating and Free Cash Flow. If we see these numbers in a declining trend we may get an indication before the EPS investors of the bloom coming off the EPS rose. Here is the formula for the 2006 number in Cell C73:
